The Cubs Programme is designed for children aged 4–7 years, helping them develop confidence, discipline, and coordination while learning the fundamentals of martial arts in a fun, structured environment.

My first try at kickboxing and it couldn’t have gone better. I was pretty nervous going in but I was immediately welcomed by trainers and members alike. I had someone explaining what was going on the whole way through. The head coach checked in with me several times during the evening. I worked harder than I’ve ever done, and have been stiff and sore for a week, but it’s what I needed.
